ABOUT>

Brittany Dawn is a Country singer/songwriter from Irving, Texas. Brittany’s music and life take a similar journey and can best be described in one word; strong. Her music is touching and inspirational, but she also has an edge that lets you know that you are what you make yourself. From a young age Brittany developed a strong passion for music. She started singing at the American Legion at the age of 5 and in her teenage years began singing at Johnny High’s Country Music Revue, which made that passion grow even stronger. She constantly tried to keep herself involved in music throughout her life by staying involved in choir, vocal lessons and guitar lessons. One day she packed up and moved to Levelland, Texas for a Commercial Music program at South Plains College, where she majored in voice, guitar and music business. Since then she has performed at Billy Bob’s Texas, The Rustic, Shallow Water Harvest Festival, Hanks Texas Grill, Concrete Cowboy, Deep Ellum Brewing Company, Charity events, Christmas shows, pageant entertainment and many others.

Brittany had the opportunity in 2014 to write and record in Nashville with acclaimed, award winning songwriter and producer Zac Maloy. You may know Zac from the famous rock band The Nixons, or for his numerous chart topping hits including “Temporary Home” recorded by Carrie Underwood. Brittany’s debut single, “Nothing Left” hit stores in December of 2014. Her self titled 5 song EP will be released in 2015. Growing up Brittany's unique vocal style has been influenced by some of the artist that have inspired her most including Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, and Sara Evans.  Brittany is sure to inspire you with her music, personal drive and ambition.
